David Eldridge - Chief Executive Officer
Appointed May 1997
David established his first software company in 1984 at the age of
14 to market his own software which won first prize in the BBC
National Schools Software Competition. He attended the University
of Salford where he gained a first class honors degree in Business
and Management Studies. Following 4 years in several roles with
Royal Dutch Shell Group, he then spent 4 years leading corporate
development with GB Information Management before starting
Alterian.

David Cutler - Finance Director
Appointed June 2000
After professional training with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in
London, David held senior financial posts at NFC, British Leyland,
and CompAir. Following experience on the board of London Stock
Exchange traded UKO International plc, he was for 12 years, until
1998, group finance director of Emess plc, listed in London and
Frankfurt. In addition, for 7 years, until 1999, he was a member of
the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) of Frankfurt listed Brilliant
AG. Since 1998 to 2000 David was a director of ImagoQA Limited, the
leading independent software consultancy which was guided to a
successful private sale in 2000.

Mike Talbot - Chief Technology Officer
Appointed May 1997
Mike started his career as a freelance computer game programmer,
publishing his first title at the age of 15 and going on to create
more than 40 games over a ten-year period. Subsequently, he worked
as a freelance consultant designing and producing multi-media
applications including the broadcast weather graphics system for
Westcountry Television regional news, the guest cabin entertainment
system for the cruise ship P&O Victoria and the on-train
television information system for Heathrow Express. Before joining
Alterian, Mike was founder of and technical director for Brann
Software and the architect of Viper, one of the first desktop
marketing analysis tools.

Tim McCarthy - Research & Development
Director
Appointed May 1997
Having already achieved his A level in pure and applied
mathematics at the age of 15, he configured his school's first
computer, eventually teaching other students (and staff) its
operation. He developed his analytical and statistical computer
skills whilst studying applied mathematics at London's Imperial
College. After working with the first generation of PC based
accounting systems, he entered the rapidly expanding world of
computer entertainment, developing over 30 games in six years. At
the end of this period he joined Ubisoft and subsequently its
parent company, Guillemot Informatique in Paris. After writing
automated data protection systems at Iomega in Utah and California
he helped Brann Limited to develop its existing marketing
information software.

James Eiloart - Senior Vice President Sales, UK and
Europe Appointed July 2002
James is responsible for recruiting and developing mutually
profitable business relationships with Marketing Services
Providers, System Integrators, and OEMs in the United Kingdom and
throughout Europe. Before joining Alterian, James was Director of
Strategic Alliances at E.piphany, where he forged relationships
with major Systems Integrators and resellers around Europe,
including Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Price Waterhouse Coopers,
and Hewlett Packard. Prior to E.piphany, James worked at Remedy
Corporation. After joining as one of the first few European
employees, James spent five years building and managing Remedy's
extensive reseller channel across Europe, the Middle East and
Africa.

Michael Fisher - Senior Vice President Commercial
Operations, North
America Appointed November 2004
Michael has been a pioneer in relationship marketing over the past
15 years, building a strong reputation of leadership, sales growth
and customer satisfaction. Before joining Alterian, Michael served
as Vice President and General Manager of the financial services
group at Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company. Prior
to his tenure at Epsilon, Michael was Senior Vice President of
Sales at DoubleClick (formerly Protagona Worldwide) for their
Marketing Automation software solutions. Additionally, Michael was
instrumental in developing what is now known as DoubleClick's
Ensemble suite for the banking and insurance industries. Rounding
out his experience, Michael held various sales and consultancy
positions at Unisys Corporation, a leading global technology and
services company.

Joseph Fuller - General Manager, CFO and Vice President
of Business Operations, Alterian
Inc. Appointed February 2001
Prior to joining Alterian, Joe was Vice President of Finance and
Administration for Open Port Technology, Inc., an IP messaging
software technology company. Joe was responsible for raising more
than $58 million in funding and actively growing from a small fax
software company to a leading provider of IP messaging solutions.
Before his tenure at Open Port, Joe was Vice President of
Operations for Crown Mortgage Company, the largest independent
mortgage banker in the State of Illinois. Joe has also held
management positions at CCC Information Services and Information
Kinetics, Inc.

Bob Hale - Senior Vice President, Corporate
Development Appointed May 2006
Bob Hale brings over 20 years of direct marketing domain expertise
and enterprise software achievement. As SVP Corporate Development,
Bob is responsible for the company's strategic partnerships, and
mergers and acquisitions, transitioning from his previous role as
VP of Business Development leading Alterian's digital market focus.
Prior to Alterian, Bob helped evolve Dynamics Direct Inc. from a
production focused email marketing agency to an innovative
enterprise email platform provider. By directing their sales and
marketing activities, Bob was responsible for innovating the
overall message, packaging, partnering, and pricing that allowed
Dynamics Direct to maintain its dramatic growth and sustained
differentiation. Before his tenure with Dynamics Direct Bob was CEO
of RioLabs, Inc. where he started and established the company as a
leader in an emerging space before being acquired by Quovadx, Inc.
in 2003. Prior to RioLabs, Bob was President of idCentric, the Data
Warehousing and Data Quality division of Firstlogic, Inc., now part
of Business Objects. While at idCentric, he lead the shift to data
quality solutions and the formation of the idCentric division. Bob
established it as the leading data quality vendor in under 12
months, according to industry analyst MetaGroup.

Chris Nolan - Vice President Software
Development Appointed Feb 2006
Chris achieved a first class honors degree in physics and went on
to obtain a PhD in neural networks and genetic algorithms at
Birmingham University. He started his career as a developer with
Protagona Worldwide, a campaign management company, and rose to
lead their product development team. As Technical Director at
DoubleClick, Chris led development, QA, technical authoring,
support, consulting and training teams in New York, India, and the
UK, developing, integrating and supporting campaign management and
email delivery solutions to blue chip organizations such as Acxiom,
HSBC, Orbitz, AOL and Centrica.
