Family Investments award Alterian with online interactive marketing contract

London, UK, 20 June 2011 Alterian (LSE: ALN), the leader in customer engagement technology and solutions , today announced that Family Investments will be implementing Alterian’s complete web content management solution including Alterian Content Manager v7.

Family Investments, specialists in children’s savings, awarded the contract to Alterian after a competitive pitch which focused on the usability of the products for non-IT employees to ensure improved consistency and a reduction in maintenance effort.  The solution also needed to allow for future marketing suite development and Alterian’s range of integrated customer engagement solutions enables Family investments to deliver their longer term strategy. Alterian’s web content management solution will streamline the management of Family Investment’s key websites, simplifying how the company engages with current and potential customers in an online environment.

A key element of this contract is Family Investments’ desire to engage customers via social media, and through Alterian’s products Family Investments will be able to create blogs, polls, surveys and web forums in an easier, quicker and more efficient way.
