An introduction to Alterian Advantage
The Alterian Advantage Partnership Programme
has recently launched to support Alterian’s Content Management
Partners. It places a firm emphasis on creating mutually beneficial
and profitable working arrangements.
Becoming an Advantage Partner helps you to
achieve higher revenue growth, with access to a wide range of
Alterian products and services. Through this programme we will
provide Partners with the tools needed to sell, implement and
support Alterian content management solutions, providing
significant competitive advantages for their business.
The Advantage Programme caters for all sizes
of organisation. Partners enjoy extensive support all the way, from
defining unique value propositions and winning new business,
through to the creation, delivery and ongoing support of
solutions.
Capability assessment
Entry to the Advantage Programme begins with a
capability assessment designed to identify the skills and
capabilities that are in place and those that need to be developed.
Recommendations from this phase will drive training, certification
and rules of engagement.
On-boarding
As soon as a partnership is established, a
comprehensive ‘on-boarding’ process takes place to maximise the
success of the new partnership. The focus of on-boarding is to
ensure that a Partner has the skills and capabilities to identify,
win and capitalise on early opportunities.
On-boarding is designed to encompass all
aspects of becoming and remaining a successful Alterian Partner,
including:
- initial contract agreement
- planning meeting
- software installation and extranet setup
- documentation
- sales toolkit and support
- marketing support
- training
- certification
- regular reviews
Skills transfer and certification
Advantage certification is designed to confirm
beyond doubt that an organisation meets predefined standards.
Partners can choose to become certified in a range of different
Alterian solutions, depending on the nature of their business. A
minimum of two certified individuals is needed within an agency to
achieve Certified Partner status for a particular solution.
Marketing programme
An extensive range of marketing material is
available to Advantage Partners via the Alterian Partner Marketing
Portal. This portal gives you many different co-branded tools
including monthly campaigns, video demonstrations, presentations
and other collateral. The portal is updated regularly as part of
ongoing marketing collaboration between Alterian and our
Partners.
