AMS Orientation
Duration: 1 day
The Orientation course gives a high level introduction into the core modules of the Alterian Marketing Suite. The course uses a case study example that covers the end to end process of the marketing life cycle, making it an ideal way to kick off a new Alterian implementation for your entire project team.
AMS Fundamentals
Duration: 2 days
The fundamentals course has been updated to cover in depth, all the techniques required to create data transformations, effective segmentation selections, and powerful measurement reports. This course builds on the foundation created by the orientation course.
AMS Analytical Reporting
Duration: 1 day
The Alterian database engine stores data in a way that gives it a huge performance advantage for conducting ad-hoc analysis. The Alterian Analytical Reporting application adds a powerful and flexible, interactive reporting capability to the Alterian Marketing Suite. This class will enable attendees to set up standard reporting dimensions and business measures as well as create and use reports to identify and track Key Performance Indicators.
AMS Analytical Dashboard
Duration: 1 day
Designed specifically for business users, this class will provide users with the necessary knowledge and skills to create, publish and execute reports using Analytical Dashboard.
AMS Campaign Manager
Duration: 1 day
The Alterian Campaign Manager course builds on the simple selection techniques learned in fundamentals and enables the attendee to rapidly build, test and execute complex campaigns right from their desktop. This course is recommended for any implementation consultant or marketing analysts responsible for campaign management.
AMS Selection Planner
Duration: 1 day
The Alterian Selection Planner course enables the attendee to rapidly build, test and execute complex campaigns right from their desktop.
AMS iLoader
Duration: 1 day
One of the first requirements after installing the Alterian Suite is the loading of data. This course is split into two sessions. The morning session covers data loading: delegates learn how to write a load script and then use their own scripts to load a number of data files in a variety of different file formats. The afternoon session is devoted to the engineering and manipulation of data from iLoader.
AMS Installation and Administration
Duration: 2 days
The latest AMS and Engine releases introduce new options for deployment of the Alterian Marketing Suite, allowing secure multi-tenant systems, hosted on one piece of hardware, as well as a new range of administrative functionality relevant to both single client and multi-tenant systems. Starting with a blank machine, this course guides delegates through the complete installation and configuration of the AMS Suite.
AMS Engine Performance and Scalability
Duration: 1 day
Alterian Engine Suite 5.0 (x64)tm provides greater control over the scalability and performance of your Alterian AMS Software than ever before. Equip yourself with the knowledge you need to gain maximum benefit from our next-generation products. The course starts with a theoretical introduction, followed by a practical framework allowing attendees to experiment with the new enhancements, and assess how these enhancements are best implemented in their own environment.
