Delegates are expected to have some practical experience with the administration of the Windows operating system. Experience with internet technology and databases is recommended.
Objective
Delegates acquire the skills and knowledge that enable them to operate and maintain the servers on which Alterian Content Manager is installed. The focus of the course is on the functioning and communication of the system "building blocks" on a Windows based system, i.e. SQL Server, ACM, IIS (optional), Tomcat and Apache.
