Attendees are expected to have ample hands-on experience with a previous release of Alterian Content manager. N.B. This is not a course for business users.
Objectives
After attending the course, delegates should be comfortable with the new interface, be able to work with the new workflow engine and know how to set up and work with the new Office integration connectors. As an option (and if time permits), attendees will be introduced to the Social Media Publisher and Web Analytics.
Program
In this hands-on course, delegates start by creating their own site group and website. Using the new Smart Client interface, they manage workflows and user accounts. They end by managing the content on their website (and their to-do lists) from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.

Audience
This course is aimed at “enablers”, i.e. people who are involved in the specification, configuration or development of (a) website(s) that will be managed by Alterian Content Manager, such as super users, application managers and developers. This course is not meant for end users.
