Alterian offers a full range of support services to its partners
and clients, including Technical Product Support, Managed Services
(responsible for delivering Alterian Software as a service or on a
hosted basis), Alterian Professional Services and Learning &
Development.
Our goal is to provide a high and consistent level of customer
service and performance. Through the delivery of knowledge and
skills to marketers using the Alterian Integrated Marketing
Platform on a day to day basis, the benefits of using
Alterian-based solutions can be enhanced.
All support services are available globally. Other
services can be delivered either in one of Alterian's offices or on
site.
