Alterian offers a full range of support services to its partners and clients, including Technical Support, Managed Services (responsible for delivering Alterian Software as a service or on a hosted basis) and Learning & Development based around user profiles.

Our goal is to provide a high and consistent level of customer service and performance. Through the delivery of knowledge and skills to marketers using the Alterian Marketing Services Platform on a day to day basis, the benefits of using Alterian-based solutions can be enhanced.

All support services are available globally and assignments can be delivered either in one of Alterian's offices or on site.
