2007: Mediasurface acquire content management vendor Immediacy.
Immediacy's wide penetration in the mid-market and local government was the perfect complement to Mediasurface's existing reach in larger enterprises and Central Government and acted as a bridge between the two.
2008: Alterian acquires Mediasurface.
Alterian were seeking a specialist WCM company to complete their existing Marketing Platform and extend their vision of analytics and multi-channel execution, Mediasurface was the best option considering their expertise.
Morello and Immediacy were integrated into Alterian and jointly brought under the
Alterian Content Manager (ACM) banner.
