Alterian Content Manager comes with a wealth of practical technical documentation. Not just to impress you, but to make sure you can get the most out of ACM without unnecessarily spending time to find out how things work.
Our documentation is shipped as PDF files with the software and is kept up-to-date with each release. All documentation is also available on our support extranet, Supportal .
In addition our end-user software is provided with online help to assist users in performing their day to day tasks, so they don't have to call your support desk for every question they might have.

Alterian Content Manager also ships with a full description of our C# API, Java and SOAP API's and many other documents. Of course, if you can't find the information you're looking for, you can easily access the FAQ section and Forums on Supportal or call our Support desk for assistance.
