Online services imageWelcome to the Alterian Services section. This section covers solution implementation, support and training. 

Our support doesn't end when you buy our software. You can choose to either work with one of our implementation partners , or you can choose to work with our experienced Professional Services team directly. You may even choose to train your own in-house project teams to undertake the installation. However you decide to proceed, you can be sure that you'll be supported from start to finish.

In House Services

Alterian Professional Services is made up of several functions - Consulting, Training Division and Support.

Consulting Division
We will ensure your implementation goes as smoothly as possible, by following a tried and tested framework of proven project methodologies, project management, documentation and regular quality audits. We also offer ad-hoc project assistance if you need us to.

Training Division
We offer a wide range of training courses, designed to provide practical and useful experience to new users from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. They are usually held at our offices, but we are happy to come to you if necessary. Please visit our Training section for more information on courses available and to book.

Support Division
Once your software is installed, we continue to support you. We offer a range of Product Support options, which allow you to choose the level of service you need - this can be from standard business hours to full time, 24/7 support. All our Support levels allow calls to the Support desk and free access to our online "Supportal ".
