Alterian spent time talking with businesses and leaders throughout the 2 days, the key emphasis was on driving change within organisations to push forward with customer experience through innovative ideas and the leverage of technology. Alterian spoke with businesses on the need to understand that customers define their own journeys and how through utilizing technology that recognizes the natural path of the customer businesses can start to put the ‘C’ into ‘CX’.
