Alterian Included in Forrester Research’s Now Tech: Real-Time Interaction Management, Q2 2020

Alterian has been recognized by independent research firm Forrester Research’s Now Tech: Real-Time Interaction Management, Q2 2020 report published on April 30, 2020. Alterian has been identified in the primary functionality segments of next best experience and personalization.

Forrester identifies moments based marketing [as] a game changer[i] and also identifies examples of customer-obsessed operations including supporting strategies with adaptive technology. Companies with disruptive, customer-focused tech strategies outperform their industries by 300% to 400%.[ii]
